Rako PPC ("Rako", "we") is a Google Ads agency for e-commerce brands, run by Victor Serban and Vasant Chaudhary. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to sam@rakoppc.com.
What we collect on this website
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked. It uses cookies and records things like pages viewed, device and browser type and approximate location. We do not use it to identify you by name.
- Booking a call. Calls are booked through Cal.com. When you book, you give your name, email address and anything you choose to write in the form, so we can hold the call.
Business email
We sometimes email people who run or market e-commerce businesses about their Google Ads. For this we use business contact details from public and commercial sources, such as a name, work email address, company name and website, along with public information about the store's ads. Every email we send lets you opt out by replying. Once you do, we add your address to a suppression list so you are not contacted again.
If you become a client
We work inside your Google Ads, Merchant Center and analytics accounts with the access you give us. We use that access only to manage and report on your advertising, and you can remove it at any time.
How we use information
- To reply to you and hold the calls you book.
- To manage the accounts of our clients.
- To understand how this website is used and improve it.
- To contact businesses that may benefit from our service, and to respect opt-outs.
We do not sell personal information.
Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf: Google (email and analytics), Cal.com (call booking) and Vercel (website hosting).
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Addresses that have opted out stay on our suppression list, because that is how we make sure you are not emailed again.
Your choices
- Email sam@rakoppc.com to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
- Reply to any of our emails to stop further emails.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
